What we collect
When you request an appointment or become a client, we record your name, contact details, and your pet’s medical history. We use this to provide veterinary care, send reminders, and respond to your requests — including messages sent through Otto.
This website
This site does not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Our contact forms are processed by Netlify, our website host. Two third-party services are embedded: the appointment-booking and messaging widget is provided by Otto (TeleVet), and the map on our contact page by Google Maps. Their privacy policies apply to what you enter or view in them.
